Food and Beverage Managers are at the heart of the hospitality industry in Antigua and Barbuda. At the end of the day a well-fed customer is a happy customer and a happy customer tends to be a loyal customer.A�The Associate Degree in Food and Beverage Management offered by ABHTI teaches students how to use their combined creative and business skills to manage the customer side of a restaurant or bar and other foodservice establishments.
After completing the programme, students will be able to create menus and determine the service needs and then lead the personnel to meet the customer needs.
This is accomplished by having an ability to spot foodservice trends, awareness of customer needs, and grounding in the technical aspects of managing a front of the house operation.
